Synopsis: Ultraman “”The Next”” is the third Ultra in the “”Ultra N Project,”” designed to revitalize the Ultraman franchise; Ultraman Noa was the first, and Ultraman Nexus is the second. “”The Next”” appears in a movie released in Japan in mid-December, 2004. Like Nexus, “”The Next”” has two forms: Anphans, and Junis. “”The Next”” has an enemy, “”The One,”” who preceded Next; in fact, Next’s name comes from the fact that he is “”the next”” after “”the one.”” Someone from Tsuburaya Productions has said that “”The Next”” is actually the earlier form of Nexus, although the details of this have not been revealed in the Nexus program nor the “”Next”” movie.
