Synopsis: 20 years ago in Japan, the Ultra brothers were fighting a deadly foe. The brothers were able to defeat the monster after a long and harsh battle. However, to seal the creature away they were forced to give up the ability to transform, and took up jobs to be in the area in case the monster returned. Sure enough, 20 years later the monster is risen from the sea again by alien allied forces, and Mebius calls on the help of the Ultra brothers.
