Synopsis: “”Frolic in brine, goblins be thine.”” After her cousin Tomoko’s unexpected death, reporter Reiko hears stories about a videotape that kills everyone seven days after their viewing. At first she dismisses the rumours, but when she learns Tomoko’s friend who watched the video with her died at exactly the same time, she begins to investigate. After viewing the videotape herself, she receives a phone call that informs she’ll die in seven days. Reiko enlists the aid of her ex-husband in tracking down the origin of the dangerous videotape and discovers a nightmare that can’t seem to die.
