Synopsis: Cheol-jung (Kyung-gu Sol) is a corrupt police detective who uses his privileged position to dabble in the drug trade, wrangle bribes, and rub shoulders with local gangsters. While working on a stakeout, the dissolute cop has a menacing encounter with a raincoated stranger that leads him to discover the grisly double homicide of an elderly couple.
